This team is dedicated to exceeding customer and stakeholder expectations by delivering high-performance, energy-efficient structures that reduce energy consumption, installation time, and construction costs.
Chief Executive Officer, Director
Steve has more than 20 years of high-technology consumer and enterprise experience. Steve received an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Detroit and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
Tristram Collins
Chief Financial Officer, Director
Tris has over 25 years of experience in financial services, executive management, mergers and acquisitions, operations and corporate finance. Tris received an A.B. from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Tim brings a 30-year track record of successful direct and indirect sales management, national account management, and business development experience.
Douglas Gay
VP of Special Projects
With over 15 years of experience in high growth technology industries, Douglas has been involved with several entrepreneurial and international businesses and has expertise in key areas such as technology, finance, regulatory trading and sales.
Rob Smith
Consultant for Product Development & Production
Mr. Smith has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry having held multiple leadership roles from such companies as US Homes, KB Home and Lennar with an expertise in operations, construction and purchasing, along with providing expert consulting on projects for NexFrame and Panceltica. In addition, he has operated his own construction company, served on the Board of Directors for PHL, Ltd and recently oversaw design and construction for prestigious structures in the Middle East.
