Jackson, MS / Manasquan, NJ: Morgan Chase Management (“MCM”) of Jackson, MS, a leading provider of management services for large scale events, worker housing and disaster relief efforts, and Sustainable Building Innovations, Inc. (“SBI”), a leading designer and manufacturer of highly energy efficient, rapidly deployable and re-locatable building systems, have formed a new joint venture to provide comprehensive worker housing and disaster relief solutions globally.
The new company, called Morgan Sustainable Lodging, is the first vertically integrated worker housing solutions provider capable of providing both rapidly deployable structures and full camp management services to this growing market. The company will utilize SBI’s patent pending, rapidly deployable, panel based PowerPlus™ structures to construct large scale worker housing villages for deployment to areas where there is critically high demand for housing such as the Bakken Formation in North Dakota, the Eagle Ford area in Texas and other similar areas both in the US and internationally.
The Company’s focus is on creating high quality, livable worker communities that meet the needs of the local communities, workers and their employers. The Company’s mission is to provide facilities with sustainable technology, including SBI’s highly energy efficient PowerPlus™ building systems, and renewable power to mitigate the impact of such facilities on both the environment and the local infrastructure of the nearby local communities.
